We are a leading technology company specializing in software development and payment gateway solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our recruitment processes align with best practices and support our ISO 9001:2015 quality management goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
● Support hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
● Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
● Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
● Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
● Provide reports and insights on hiring trends and recruitment effectiveness.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or financial sectors.
● Excellent communication,and organizational skills.
● Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
