We are looking for Sales Advisors to join our team! No prior sales experience is required—if you enjoy meeting people and are proactive, this role is for you. Your main task will be to find and engage potential customers outside the office. Previous experience as an insurance sales agent or in a similar role is a plus but not necessary.
• Actively seek out and approach potential customers in person.
• Introduce our services and assist customers in getting started.
• Answer questions and provide basic product information.
• Share feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.
• Keep simple records of customer interactions and sign-ups.
• No formal sales experience required—just motivation and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in insurance or Internet sales or similar roles is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors and approaching new people.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Basic ability to use a smartphone for reporting and customer follow-ups.
